At Yerba Magic, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your daily dose of magic.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods such as new launches or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping — keep an eye out for promotions!

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at help@brainista.com with your order number, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
