Shipping Policy

At Yerba Magic, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your daily dose of magic.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods such as new launches or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping — keep an eye out for promotions!

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at help@yerbamagic.com with your order number, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Yerba Magic experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email help@yerbamagic.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned.
