We want you to love your Yerba Magic experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email help@brainista.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned.
